There are two different buttons:
Retry N failed (top of the batch page)
- Runs the failed products again.
- Retries always use the normal (Priority) lane at the normal price, even in an Economy batch.
- Images that already finished are kept and not charged again.
- Not available on a cancelled batch.
Regenerate (on a product card, key G)
- Use it for products you rejected. Retry does not touch rejected products.
Still failing? Check the product's photos are clear and the type is right, then try again. If it keeps failing, click Chat with support in the sidebar and tell us the batch name and SKU.
