How do I collect products from my team or suppliers?

An intake link lets someone send products into one of your groups without signing in. It is handy for shop staff, suppliers or a photographer.

Create a link

1. Go to Products and open a group.
2. Click Intake links.
3. Fill in Who is it for?
4. Choose Expires after: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 1 year or Never.
5. Optionally set a limit on how many products they can send.
6. Click Create link, then Copy link or show the QR code.

What they send: for each product, a SKU and up to 5 photos.

Stop a link: click Revoke. Deleting the group also stops its links.
