I did not get my 6-digit code. What should I do?

  1. Check spam or promotions. The email comes from Orolens with the subject "123456 is your Orolens verification code".
  2. Wait a minute. You can ask for a new code after 60 seconds (the page shows "Resend code in Ns").
  3. Check the email address you typed.

Good to know

  • A code works for 10 minutes.
  • After 5 wrong tries, the code stops working. Ask for a new one.
  • Only the newest code works.
