What do No images, Draft and Ready mean?

1 min read · Updated

Every product on the Listing board has one of three statuses:

Status Meaning
No images No final images yet.
Draft Images are there, but nobody has checked them yet.
Ready You checked the set. It will be included in the export.

How drafts are made (auto-draft)

When a normal batch (not a test run) finishes a product that has no final images yet, Orolens fills its set as a Draft for you.

  • An existing set is never overwritten. Running a product again gives you new results under Pick from, which you can add yourself.
  • Test runs never fill a product's set.
  • Only a person can mark a product Ready.

Marking Ready

Click Ready & next (or press Enter). A product needs a SKU and at least one image to be Ready. Without a SKU you will see "Add a SKU to this product first; the export is keyed by SKU".

Changed your mind? Click Back to draft.

The Complete switch on the product editor is the same thing as Ready here.
