Import is the fastest way to add a whole catalogue.
1. Prepare your files
- Make one folder per product.
- Name each folder with the product's SKU, for example
RG-1042. The folder name becomes both the SKU and the product name. - Put that product's photos inside (up to 20). Photos are sorted by file name, so name your best photo first (for example
01.jpg). - If a photo has the same name as its folder, Orolens treats it as the design render.
- You can zip all the folders together, or keep them as one parent folder.
2. Import
- Go to Products and click Import.
- Click Choose zip or Choose folder (or drop the zip or folder on the window).
- Check the preview:
- Add to group: a new group (named after the zip) or one you already have.
- Product type: optional, but setting it here saves time.
- SKUs that already exist are marked Skip. You can choose Add photos instead to add the new photos to the existing product.
- Click Import N products.
While it runs: keep the tab open. If it closes, import the same zip again. Products that already finished are skipped.
When it ends: click Retry on any failed rows, then Open group to see your products.
