The import preview tells you why each item was skipped. Here is what each reason means and how to fix it.
| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| "Only JPEG, PNG, WebP and HEIC are supported." | GIF, TIFF and BMP files are skipped. Save them as JPEG. |
| "Put each product's photos in its own folder." | The photo is not inside a product folder. Move it into the right folder. |
| "Rename this folder: its name can't be a SKU." | The folder name has characters a SKU cannot use. See "What is a SKU and what can it contain?" |
| "Another folder has the same SKU." | Two folders have the same name. Rename one of them. |
| More than 20 photos | A product can hold 20 photos. Keep your best 20. |
Password-protected zip? Orolens cannot open it. Unzip it on your computer first, then use Choose folder.
