How do I organise products into groups?

A group is a folder for products, for example "Diwali rings" or "Supplier A". You can run a batch on a whole group in one click.

Create a group

1. Go to Products.
2. In the row of filter chips, click New group.
3. Type a name (up to 120 characters) and click Create group.

Move products into a group

1. Click Select and tick the products.
2. Choose Move to group… and pick a group (or + New group…).

To take products out, select them and choose Remove from group.

Inside an open group you see

• Ready for batch: X/Y: how many products have a SKU and a photo.
• Run batch: starts a batch with this group's products.
• Intake links: links others can use to send you products.
• A pencil to rename the group and a bin to delete it.
