Sometimes a photo is useful to keep but would confuse the AI, for example a blurry shot, a photo with a price tag, or a packaging photo.
Turn a photo off for the AI
- Open the product.
- Click the photo (or tick several photos).
- Choose Don't send to AI.
The photo stays on the product and shows Not sent to AI. Choose Send to AI to switch it back on.
Why some photos say "Not sent (over 8)"
Only the first 8 switched-on photos go to the AI. Photos after that are kept but not sent. Move your best photos earlier with Move earlier.
Design renders (CAD images)
Click the photo and choose Design render. The AI then uses it only for the shape and angles of the piece, never for its colour or metal.
