My photo will not upload. What should I do?

1. Check the file type. PNG, JPEG, WebP and iPhone HEIC work. GIF, TIFF and BMP do not.
2. Check the size. Up to 10 MB per file (bigger photos are usually shrunk for you).
3. Check your internet and try again.
4. Re-save the photo as JPEG on your computer or phone and upload that copy.
5. Try another browser (latest Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox).
