What photos should I upload for the best results?

1 min read · Updated

The AI can only keep details it can see. Better input photos give better results.

Good photos

  • Sharp and well lit, with the whole product in view.
  • Different angles: front, side, top, back, and a close-up of the stone or design.
  • True colours. Avoid strong coloured lights.
  • One product per photo.

Limits to know

  • Each product can store up to 20 photos.
  • Only the first 8 photos that are switched on are sent to the AI.
  • The first photo is the Cover (the one you see on the product card).

Change the order: click a photo and choose Move earlier or Move later. Put your best photos first so they are among the 8 the AI sees.

Have a CAD or design render? Mark it as a Design render. The AI then uses it only for shape and angles, never for colour. See "How do I stop a photo from being sent to the AI?"
