Supported formats: PNG, JPEG (JPG), WebP and iPhone photos (HEIC or HEIF).
- iPhone HEIC photos are turned into JPEG in your browser before upload. You do not need to convert them yourself.
- Size limit: 10 MB per file. If a photo is bigger, Orolens shrinks it (longest side 4096 pixels) and saves it as JPEG before uploading.
Not supported: GIF, TIFF and BMP. If you try one you will see: "Use a PNG, JPEG, WebP or iPhone (HEIC) photo."
Tip: if a photo still fails, open it on your computer, save or export it again as JPEG, and upload that copy.
