Orolens spends credits in this order:
- Plan credits: from your monthly plan. Unused ones reset at each renewal.
- Extra credits: from packs you bought. They carry over.
- Credits added by our team (for example a bonus or a manual top-up). These never expire or pause.
On Billing and credits you can see:
- Balance: everything left in this workspace.
- Plan credits: "Used first, reset on" your renewal date.
- Extra credits: "Used after plan credits, carry over".
