Before you generate, Orolens checks your balance (minus what your running jobs will still use). If it is not enough you will see how many credits the run needs and how many you have, and the cost line says "More than your balance of X".
During a batch, products that cannot run show Out of credits.
What to do
- Buy more on Billing and credits (plan or extra credits).
- Go back and generate again, or click Retry on the batch.
Tip: running batches hold credits for the work they still have to do. Keep some spare credits if you run several batches at once.
